Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare Carlisle, is looking to grow our team with an experienced receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have a bright, friendly and bubbly personality, excellent customer service and WWC, or willingness to obtain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Receptionist, you will be an ambassador of our business, and the first impression on families and visitors. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) -

  • Helping with accounts

  • Professionally answering phone calls in a polite manner and forwarding calls to the respective departments

  • It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming parents and visitors, and assist them with information and directions

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, efficiency, and kindness

  • Perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, booking tours, and the like

  • Day-to-day management of the Centre CRM database

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU -

  • Naturally, as we are an Early Learning Centre, you must have a love for children and a warm and empathetic nature!

  • Hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC), or have a willingness to obtain one

  • Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, and a friendly and energetic demeanour

  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance, in a fast-paced environment

  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel, as well as Google sheets

  • Experience managing CRM systems is valued by not essential

  • Experience using Canva is valued by not essential
